What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils. There are many different ways of using essential oils therapeutically- in baths, inhalations compresses, creams or lotions, but perhaps one of the most pleasant, relaxing and therapeutic ways, is through aromatherapy massage.

Aromatherapy massage involves the use of essential oils extracted from plants, tress and herbs which all have their own unique properties to promote healing on the physical , mental and emotional level. The oils enter the body through the skin, can last for 4-6 hours and leave no toxins behind.

How does it work?

In this way, the production of euphoric, relaxing, sedative or stimulating neurochemicals is stimulated. Many beneficial mental and emotional effects can be seen this way.
Additionally ,the small molescules of essential oils are absorbed through the skin. They then dissolve in the natural body fats and fluids. This allows them to flow around the body, to relax or stimulate,detoxify and regenerate.
